j08 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the j08 platform. All rules regarding account registration, bonuses and payments are explained in detail here.

By registering or logging in to the j08 platform, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions. We will notify users if the terms change.

1. Introduction and Applicability

If an account is created with false or misleading information, j08 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account at any time. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on j08 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports secure and fast payment methods.

Deposit

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Use only your own payment method.

Withdrawal

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
  • Typical processing time: 10–45 minutes
  • Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawal will be approved after identity verification if required.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

j08 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to specific terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total of the original deposit amount plus the bonus must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement: 15x).

  • The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
  • A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
  • Bonus claims have a specific expiry — the bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
  • If multiple accounts from the same IP or device claim a bonus, it will be cancelled.

VIP and Cashback Program

j08 has three VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver tier: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold tier: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Through regular and active play, you can advance to a higher VIP tier. Cashback is calculated every week.

j08 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion. If there is suspicion of bonus terms being violated, the relevant bonus may be forfeited.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting and playing games on j08:

  • All bets are conducted fairly and transparently. Game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a game is interrupted midway due to a technical error, j08 will make the final decision regarding that bet.
  • Any attempt at fraud, use of bots, or system exploitation will result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.
  • In live sports betting, bets will be settled based on the match result. In disputed cases, the decision of the official sporting body will be considered final.
  • Betting is available on all sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and football, however j08 reserves the right to withdraw bets from any event.
  • Bets will not be accepted if the account does not have sufficient balance.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j08. If found, the account will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited:

Technical Misuse

  • Using automated bots or software
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities
  • Operating multiple accounts
  • Unauthorized access using a VPN or proxy

Financial Misuse

  • Illegal financial transactions or money laundering
  • Using third-party payment methods
  • Submitting fake payment receipts
  • Filing chargebacks or payment disputes

7. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Service Suspension and Termination

Permanent Closure

  • In cases of serious violation of the terms

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between j08 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion.

How to Submit a Dispute

  2. Send a detailed description, screenshots and relevant information by email.
  3. The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
  4. A final decision will be provided within 7 working days for complex disputes.

j08's decision will be considered final regarding game results, technical decisions and the application of bonus terms. However, if a clear error in a financial transaction is proven, it will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

j08 accepts no liability for the following:

  • If a game or bet is affected due to loss of internet connection or a problem with the user's device.
  • If loss occurs due to user negligence or sharing account information with a third party.
  • If the service is interrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war or government orders.
  • Technical issues with third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.).

j08's total liability will in no case exceed the valid balance in your account.

12. Terms Changes and Contact

j08 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. After any change, the new version will be published on the website and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
